All products are dishwasher safe but we highly recommend hand-washing to maintain the longevity of your pieces.
Most dinnerware items are microwave safe, other than the holographic and gold plated pieces. If your piece is not microwave safe it would have been noted in the product description.
To avoid cracking caused by thermal shock (especially in the winter), pre-warm dinnerwares intended to hold liquid by filling them with hot tap water. Wait 1-2 minutes before adding boiling liquid. *NOTE* all dinnerware intended to hold liquid is tested with boiling hot water prior to shipment.
Household:
Hand-wash with water and a gentle soap only
Jewelry:
Avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals
Take jewelry off when showering, bathing, swimming and exercising
